Boil the pasta. Set the cheese packets aside. While pasta is cooking, fry the bacon.
Strain the pasta. (You'll rinse later! It's best to wait until just before you mix the sauce and pasta together, because they have a tendency to clump, and you may need to "unclump" them.)
In a pot, add the butter, milk, shredded cheese, the sauce packets from the shells and cheese, salt and pepper. Mix over heat until everything is melted.
Whisk while you sprinkle the flour in slowly (to avoid clumps). Stir constantly until the sauce reaches a full boil, then remove from heat.
Pour freshly rinsed/unclumped pasta and the sauce into a large casserole dish. Tear up the bacon you've cooked in large chunks and throw it in. Mix it all together.
Sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, or until the parmesan cheese is golden brown.
Add a generous layer of French Fried Onions before serving.
Eat and ascend to glorious heights :)
